The Training Manager, Mobile Installation Partnerships is responsible for building, launching, and running the certification and training program that powers Protech’s new mobile installation business segment. Working in close partnership with the Program Manager, Mobile Installation Partnerships, this role designs a multi-level installation certification program, captures field installation procedures directly from new installs, and converts that knowledge into job aids, standard operating procedures, and structured training. The segment installs telematics and related hardware on fleet vehicles of every class—passenger vehicles, tractor trailers, heavy equipment, and everything in between—so the role requires hands-on familiarity across the light- and heavy-vehicle spectrum.
