
OE Process Specialist
Service Center
CSCS TXUnder supervision of Program Manager, partner with center and regional leadership in development and implementing new, enterprise-wide, business and operational processes. Develop solutions to service challenges, guide/direct others for successful completion of service goals on time and on budget. Subject Matter Expert across certification process.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide support and supervision of process performance at all levels.
- At direction of Program Manager, partner with, build alliances, and perform liaison activities across multiple business functions including executive team and field leadership.
- Create actionable plans to improve processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables.
- Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives, as determined by Program Manager, from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of center-level objectives.
- Responsibility for regular reviews with internal and field leadership for accountability and successful management of KPIs and financial impacts.
- Optimization of center performance across the company to achieve the best functional, center production and technical value.
- Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success.
- Drive consistency throughout all levels of the operating model.
- Develop and implement a reporting structure that readily monitors performance indicators.

Skill/Requirements
- Previous project management is a plus
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamic’s is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Advanced understanding of collision and OEM industries is a plus but not mandatory
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems
- Strong attention to detail, especially in managing data, timelines, and documentation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
- Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
- Moderate travel is required
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Position is based in a normal shop environment. Occasional physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and carrying objects over 50lbs. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise. Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside. Required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work. Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
