PT-SG&A CorporateKey Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Work with the Product Owner on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software products.
Align product goals with overall business objectives, ensuring products deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders.
Cross-Product Coordination:
Ensure synergy and integration between the products, optimizing cross-product functionality and user experience.
Identify opportunities to leverage shared technologies and processes
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, and marketing.
Gather and synthesize input from customers, partners, and internal teams to guide product features, enhancements, and positioning.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and timelines effectively to all stakeholders.
Feature Development & Execution:
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications, including acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets customer needs.
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met and managing any scope changes.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each product.
Conduct regular reviews of product performance and user feedback, iterating quickly to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the products remain competitive and valuable in the market.
Market Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy:
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches and ongoing revenue growth.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, product documentation, and training for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in software or SaaS products.
Experience managing multiple, related products or product lines is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO, or similar.
Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management.
