CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Applications Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Development, DevOps and Network and Security teams to design and deliver the best solutions for large scale infrastructure cloud solutions.
- With general supervision, administers, deploys configures, monitors and maintains high availability enterprise solutions within MS Azure and on-premises solutions.
- Performs proactive system administration, monitoring, tuning to ensure the stability of applications and services.
- Develops and deploys Infrastructure as code using Azure CLI PowerShell ARM template and BICEP.
- Implements and configures applications & tools to improve automation and code deployment, with a focus on Azure operations and application deployment/configuration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure/software application issues as required to insure Enterprise systems stability.
- Defines and implements the configuration of Azure IAAS and PAAS services for high availability data redundancy, data loss prevention, site recovery and resilience per Microsoft best practices.
- Adheres to Caliber cloud security standards and implements solutions that ensure data security at rest and in transit, application security, key management, identity management, authentication, and authorization utilizing Azure Identity and Security services.
- Administers Azure Active Directory, Windows Active Directory, and group policies
- Contributes to the definition of IT policies and controls and implements security solutions that are in alignment with the IT policies and controls.
- Installs and maintains IT equipment and services hosted within Caliber Public Cloud and Private Cloud, as required
- Required to produce and update documentation on infrastructure configuration, maintenance runbooks, and monitoring baselines. (Word and Visio)
- Effectively communicates within team and across peer level.
- Experience with ITIL Service Management concepts and processes including Incident Management, Critical System Event Management and Change Management.
- Complies with all IT and Information Security policies and procedures; helps respond to audit requests as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Candidates must possess proficiency in public and hybrid cloud models.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
- Exhibits solid understanding and proven experience with IT hardware and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Computer Science or related field from four-year college or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a cloud computing environment.
- 3+ years of experience in administration of an enterprise-level tenant in Microsoft Azure.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- 2 or more the following certifications preferred
- AZ 104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ 140 Windows Virtual Desktop Specialty
- AZ 303 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
- AZ 304 Microsoft Azure Architect Design
- M365 Security Administrator Associate
- M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
