CSCS TXThe Corporate Communications Video & Multimedia Producer leads the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality multimedia content—including video, graphic design, and presentation materials—that engages, informs, and inspires Caliber teammates across the enterprise.
This role manages and mentors two in-house videographers/editors, ensuring all video projects—from concept to final cut—align with Caliber’s brand voice, strategic priorities, and internal communications goals. In addition, the Producer will bring creative leadership and hands-on expertise in other visual formats, including designing graphics, presentation decks, and other digital assets that support company-wide communications.
A skilled storyteller, visual communicator, and strategic thinker, the Video & Multimedia Producer partners with stakeholders at all levels to understand their objectives, shape creative concepts, and translate them into compelling multimedia narratives. They bring deep knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in video, design, and visual communication—leveraging style, format, and platform to maximize impact with diverse audiences, from executives to frontline teammates.
The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with operational discipline, balancing strategic planning with hands-on oversight to ensure the multimedia team delivers on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead the end-to-end production process for internal corporate videos, from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and distribution.
- Oversee the creation of other visual communication assets—including infographics, social graphics, PowerPoint templates, and branded presentation decks.
- Manage and develop two in-house videographers/editors, providing creative direction, technical guidance, and professional growth opportunities.
- Partner with corporate and field stakeholders to gather requirements, understand messaging goals, and translate them into effective multimedia concepts.
- Ensure all video and design content is aligned with Caliber’s brand standards, tone of voice, and strategic communication objectives.
- Stay current on video, design, and presentation trends, as well as emerging technologies and tools, to continuously evolve Caliber’s approach to visual storytelling.
- Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of all multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, HR, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to integrate multimedia content into broader communication plans.
- Implement systems and processes to streamline request intake, prioritization, and execution for video and design projects.
- Maintain an internal archive of multimedia assets and ensure proper storage, organization, and accessibility.
- Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of storytelling and design principles, and how to adapt them for different audiences and formats.
- Knowledge of current trends in video production, graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia distribution.
- Proficiency in visual communication tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, subject matter experts, and frontline employees.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching creative teams.
- Ability to translate business goals and messages into engaging, impactful multimedia content.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in multimedia production (video + design), with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing creative teams.
- Experience producing multimedia content for corporate or internal communications preferred; background in agency or in-house creative environments a plus.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality content for diverse audiences, including executive leadership and frontline employees.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 25 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work ranges from a normal office to frontline service centers, involving moderate exposure to physical risks.
