• Manage high volume repair work orders across various categories related to facilities management including building and equipment needs.
• Communicating directly with vendors and requesters on work order status and resolution eta via all methods of communication
• Qualifying bids for accuracy, scope, and costs
• Setting job timelines and schedules
• Create change orders in workday related to repairs and maintenance
• Identifying and dispatching secondary vendor for additional bids when needed
• Maintain vendor lists and information up to date
• Identify when a work order needs to be escalated for additional support
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skill/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in MS office products
• Ability to consult with teammates at all organization levels
• Strong time management skills
