responsible for servicing and retaining customer accounts within a specified region as well as driving new sales. This will enable the Manager to focus on existing business and increase customer loyalty. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for growing both existing business year-over-year and identifying and developing new accounts within their region. They will be responsible for leading a team of field sales and marketing professionals and are accountable to the results of their teams that can exist in several different markets.
Essential Job Duties
- Through customer service excellence, service existing customer accounts assigned to specified region
- Develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of clients with most growth potential
- Identify, qualify, and visit major account prospects and clients within the specified region
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Frequent travel to neighboring states & regions
- Other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
- Minimum 2 to 4 years related experience
- Strong operational understanding of client driven metrics
- Experience with strategic account management & business development
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
- Experience with strategic account management & business development
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
- Organizational, multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
- Personable, friendly demeanor with a “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational and follow up skills
