About Us

Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has a large footprint across the United States with the broadest network of OEM-certified collision centers in the United States; Caliber Auto Glass (for repair, replacement, and calibration); and Protech Automotive Solutions, industry leading full-service diagnostics coverage across varying original equipment makes and models.
We stand behind our work on every vehicle with a written limited lifetime warranty. We get the job done right and get you back on the road safely. While we're confident the repairs are done right, we're also available to help if something goes wrong, we'll correct the problem as long as you own your vehicle, at any one of our convenient Caliber locations.
With the purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®, Caliber's more than 27,000 teammates are committed to getting 2.5 million customers back on the road safely—and as quickly as possible—every year. Women in Leadership

Caliber teammates are inspired to serve, and that core value shines brightly in three impressive leaders at the company, Angie Babin, Shirin Hezar and Blair Womble. All of them have been recently honored with industry accolades. Find out how these teammates exemplify Caliber’s purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®.

Changing Lanes Program

As a military service member you can go from protecting lives to restoring the rhythm of lives. Changing Lanes is a no-cost, 15-week Career Skills Program (CSP) training for service members transitioning into a collision/auto body industry career.

EMPOWER

We are bringing Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging to life at Caliber through initiatives such as Caliber Women’s Empower Group, Caliber’s first teammate resource group (TRG). We know that although women make up 50% of the US workforce, they make up only about 20% of the workforce in the automotive services industry. Caliber aims to change this because we believe that a more diverse workforce outperforms non-diverse workforces.  Caliber Women’s Empower Group has a mission to help attract, inspire and amplify women at Caliber through a variety of initiatives and community-building activities. Caliber Women’s Empower Group started in North Texas and has now spread across all of our regions, with the full support and sponsorship of our executive team and other allies across Caliber.

“When I think of Caliber, the first thing that comes to mind is how amazing our culture is. We are a band of brothers and sisters, we’re in it together.”
