Changing Lanes


Go from protecting lives to restoring them. Changing Lanes is a no-cost, 15-week Career Skills Program (CSP) training for service members from all branches of the military transitioning into a collision/auto body industry career.


If you are active-duty military and are looking to transition to a civilian career, the Changing Lanes program can change your life. Learn from our expert technicians how to transfer and apply the skills and discipline you learned in the military to a rewarding new career in collision repair.

Transition from military service to
a rewarding career in automotive repair​

New classes start every five weeks with job placement opportunities offered at one of our Caliber locations upon successful completion. Upon placement, Caliber will provide you with a Gearwrench professional tools package and tailored training plan to continue your career path.
The transition from military service to civilian life can be a challenge. But Caliber is devoted to giving back to the men and women who have given so much to our country. Changing Lanes is a registered Career Skills Program (CSP) and SkillBridge program approved by the Department of Defense that provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas such as the automotive industry.
