Our Changing Lanes Career Skills Program (CSP) training gives you new skills for a purpose-filled career in the collision repair industry.

“It is an easy transition, when you’re going to be going through an apprenticeship program, you know you’re still going to be getting paid through the program and when you complete the program you have the opportunity to make an affordable living wage. Caliber is the only one who is giving you the tools where you can go day one and show up to your center and work.”
