
Compensation Enablement Manager

CSCS TXEssential Job Duties
Lead a team of Compensation Analysts responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly bonus and commission calculations
Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of bonus and commission payout files
Implement quality control procedures to review and approve payout files prior to submission to Payroll
Lead process documentation, SOP development, and process improvement across team of Analysts
Partner closely with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment submission and processing
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
Serve as escalation point for complex compensation issues, discrepancies, and plan-related questions
Prioritize work of the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments
Support audit requests and documentation requirements
Ensure incentive calculations align with approved plan documents and compensation policies.
Support compliance with wage and hour regulations and company governance standards.
Participate in process improvement and documentation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and control.
Partner with Finance to support monthly, quarterly, and year-end incentive accruals
Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Field Leadership to ensure data accuracy
Skill/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation or incentive administration; including experience leading a team
High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in dealing with all management levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Experience with Workday HCM and commission systems (e.g., Xactly Varicent) preferred
Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Methodologies)
