Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure team objectives align with company strategy.

· Process Improvement Leadership: Spearhead organization-wide process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and yield measurable business results.

· Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders across departments, including IT, procurement, quality, and strategic accounts, to ensure alignment between process enhancements and business objectives.

·Change Management:

Lead organizational change efforts related to process optimization. Demonstrate the ability to influence and guide teams in adopting new practices and improving existing workflows.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement data collection and analysis methodologies to track performance metrics. Utilize KPIs to inform decisions, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.

· Capital Project Leadership: Lead or oversee capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with long-term business goals.

· Operational Excellence: Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency, quality, and compliance across operations.

· Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for complex process issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in process design and implementation, mitigating risks and maintaining high standards for workplace safety.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing team of engineers and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Process Design & Optimization: Deep knowledge of process engineering principles, methodologies, and software tools used to design, configure, and optimize processes.

· Change Management: Proven ability to lead change management efforts, ensuring new processes are adopted smoothly and sustain long-term benefits.

· Data Analytics: Proficient in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights. Experience using data to drive business decisions and improve performance.

· Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.

· Problem Solving: Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex challenges.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

· Preferred 10 years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, operations innovation or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Extensive experience in process evaluation, optimization, and design.

· Proven success leading large-scale process improvement initiatives and driving measurable business results.

· Strong understanding of capital project management and operational budgeting.

This role is for a results-oriented, strategic leader who can elevate process engineering within the organization while building and mentoring a strong team of process engineers.

Working Environment

Work is generally conducted in a standard office administrative setting with limited exposure to physical hazards.
