CSCS TXESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- With supervision, create and process offer letters for all positions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- With supervision, complete onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation activities are completed.
- Routinely, answer Tier 1 calls from team members and candidates, addressing questions and providing information as needed.
- Prioritize and handle multiple HR transactions, promptly reporting any potential barriers to leadership.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive work environment.
- Primary contact for all team member inquiries and opportunities, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Recruitment Communication: Serve as a liaison between recruiters and candidates, facilitating precise and efficient communication.
- Support the overall function and goals of the department by performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Basic excel and word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work demands.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred.
