Act as a liaison, analyst, and project manager for all technology solutions
Essential Job Duties
- Create a road map that details and prioritizes technology needs
- Work with the Help desk to review and manage issues
- Interact with Infrastructure and Operations on the data, network, and hardware to determine the company needs
- Responsible for integrations of RO Writer into Workday; working with the Accounting team
- Determine with Finance the operational metrics and reporting needs
- Work with the Project Management Office to determine priorities of projects
- Act as the business analyst and the project manager on all IT development projects
- Conduct weekly status update meetings with IT management updating on all ongoing projects, current issues or roadblocks, and next steps
- Conduct status meetings with stake holders on a bi-weekly basis
- Manage the relationship with technology vendors to address issues, implement new features, and hold them accountable for SLA's for support
- Other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in IT organization implementing enterprise level systems, processes, and procedures
- Must be able to communicate effectively with various types of customers, employees, and with various management levels within the Caliber and vendor organizations to identify and resolve network, software application and PC repair and customer service issues.
- Must be able to prepare, write, read, and demonstrate effective communications language skills.
- Travel of 25 – 50% will be required for onsite meetings.
