- Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for Estimate Review quality and operational effectiveness across the enterprise and all carrier accounts
- This role will grow a team of potentially 4-6 direct reports to facilitate delivery of KPIs and improve Estimate Review performance across all carrier accounts
- Responsible for designing, revising, and implementing Estimate review workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic account managers and senior leader stakeholders, to prioritize efforts and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Own organizational KPIs and facilitate delivery through analysis, reporting, and implementation of targeted improvement initiatives
- Monitor performance trends and quality metrics to ensure alignment with established standards
- Establish and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines specific to Estimate Review processes
- Design and implement process enhancements within the Estimate Review function to improve cycle time, quality outcomes, and overall effectiveness
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess performance and recommend corrective or preventive actions when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Quality, Operations, Strategic Accounts, etc.) as required to support Estimate Review improvements
- Provide structured analysis and reporting to leadership regarding performance trends and improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties to meet the needs of the Estimate Review function
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of operational process improvement methodologies within a defined functional scope
- Demonstrated ability to manage program-level initiatives and drive execution without direct authority
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around defined standards and objectives
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives within a focused operational domain
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Education, Experience, and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3-5 years' experience in operational process improvement, quality management, or related functional program management
- Experience working with performance metrics and KPI-driven environments understanding of capital project management and operational budgeting
- Industry experience and knowledge of Caliber systems preferred
Working Environment
- This is a remote/hybrid position.
- On site environment is normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Occasionally will work in a shop environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, moderate noise, and temperature fluctuations.
Physical Requirements
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
