
Marketing Content Strategist

CSCS TXAs a Content Strategist at Caliber, you will be the architect of our content ecosystem—crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both consumers and business partners. You’ll collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, build brand trust, and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development
Design and implement a unified content strategy that aligns with Caliber’s brand voice and business objectives across B2C and B2B segments.
Conduct research, content audits and gap analyses to identify trends and opportunities for new content and optimization.
Storytelling & Messaging
Craft compelling, audience-specific narratives that humanize the brand and highlight customer success, value, and industry leadership.
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content for different personas and stages of the customer journey
Content Creation & Management
Oversee the creation of content including but not limited to: blog posts, whitepapers, video scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align messaging across teams.
Performance & Optimization
Use analytics tools to measure content performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
A/B test messaging and formats to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial roles, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a strong portfolio.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, personas, and content funnel strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of video and multimedia content production.
