We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support key initiatives within our executive leadership team. This individual will play a central role in coordinating priorities, driving alignment across cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless execution of executive-level initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple high-impact deliverables with limited oversight. This position requires a combination of project management discipline, executive judgment, and a strong ability to anticipate needs and connect the dots across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive-level projects, ensuring timely completion of action items, deliverables, and leadership reviews.
Drive weekly operating rhythms, including preparing materials, follow-ups, and cross-functional updates for executive meetings.
Serve as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, and Procurement to track progress against strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, summaries, and communications that enable leadership visibility into key initiatives.
Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, and executive correspondence.
Manage scheduling, project timelines, and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders.
Anticipate information and resource needs, proactively resolving issues before they reach leadership.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive-level support.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with proven ability to manage competing demands.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professional presence.
