We are seeking a Regional Operations Leader to oversee production and administrative operations across multiple centers in the Mobile, AL area — delivering world-class service, strong financial performance, and scalable growth.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape strategy, develop leaders, strengthen client partnerships, and directly influence market expansion.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Operations Leader, you will:
- Provide direction, coaching, and performance accountability for General Managers
- Establish operational excellence by ensuring standards, processes, and best practices are consistently executed
- Analyze performance trends using scorecards and data insights to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute action plans that enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience
- Build and maintain strong dealership, client, and community relationships
Identify acquisition and expansion opportunities to support regional growth - Lead integration and operational readiness for newly acquired locations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong pipelines and attract top industry talent - Proactively mitigate risk and resolve operational or customer concerns

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
- Previous leadership experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
