  • Partner with AV engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure stable, high-quality video collaboration experiences.

Proactive Monitoring & Alerting

  • Engineer automated alerting, health dashboards, and diagnostic workflows to identify issues before they impact operations.

  • Develop monitoring integrations across network, application, signage, device, and field infrastructure systems.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with Field Technology, Infrastructure, AV Engineering, Networking, and Operations teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for critical incidents involving applications, integrations, and signage systems.

  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in application engineering, systems integration, or IT operations.

  • Experience with ERP integrations, TEM platforms, and ITSM/endpoint management solutions (Ivanti preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of digital signage systems, remote device management, or large-scale deployment workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar UC/AV platforms.

  • Experience building dashboards, analytics, and insights using Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo).

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, Datadog, PRTG, or custom-built dashboards).

  • Ability to design APIs, scripts, or lightweight automation (PowerShell, Python, RESTful APIs, etc.).

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

What This Role Enables
