The Senior HCM Analyst supports the Teammate Services (TS) department with the goal to continuously improve the operation of day to day workday activities of the companies.

Responsibilities
- Serve as main system configurator for the Workday HCM system
- Participates in TS department projects relating the Workday HCM system to include but not limited to system updates, demographic or data integrations
- Assist with the execution of system changes (updates, new configurations) and participate in testing
- Utilizes ticketing system or other sources to troubleshoot and monitor reoccurring themes to support issue remediation and/or escalation management
- Builds, generates, and may distribute reports/queries to include logging and maintaining utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Performs data audits to maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Make informal decisions, communicates with TS team members, and may recommend system enhancements
- Stay informed of current system requirements and releases
- Work on projects to enhance processes and create detailed documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
- Must have the ability to positively thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Broad Workday HCM knowledge with additional focus on Talent & Learning desired
- Must have proficiency with Workday configuration and building & updating business processes
- Minimum 3 years of HCM experience
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
