🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of benefits professionals and manage vendor partnerships
- Drive innovation in benefit offerings through data-driven insights
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver seamless teammate experiences
- Influence C-suite decisions with your expertise and executive presence
🔹 What You Bring
- 5–7+ years in benefits leadership
- Deep knowledge of health, retirement, and leave programs
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- CEBS/GBA preferred
