Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive meaningful change? As our Senior Benefits Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and managing benefit programs that support our teammates’ health, financial security, and work-life balance.

🔹 What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of benefits professionals and manage vendor partnerships
  • Drive innovation in benefit offerings through data-driven insights
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver seamless teammate experiences
  • Influence C-suite decisions with your expertise and executive presence
🔹 What You Bring
  • 5–7+ years in benefits leadership
  • Deep knowledge of health, retirement, and leave programs
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • CEBS/GBA preferred
