Service Center
CSCS TXKey Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Operations Excellence
Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
Partnering with vendors to ensure the most cost effective and beneficial pricing is achieved
Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of items to support field and center execution
Establish and maintain workflows that drive throughput, reduce cycle time, and eliminate operational friction
Maintain a clean, organized, and performance-driven warehouse environment
Inventory Accuracy & Control
Own inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
Implement disciplined controls for high-value tools, calibration equipment, and parts
Partner with Procurement to align inventory levels with demand and forecast accuracy
Proactively reduce shrinkage, obsolescence, and excess inventory
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Ops/Field Leadership to align fulfillment with real-time business needs
Collaborate with Procurement/Supply Chain to ensure product availability and continuity
Work closely with Technology teams to optimize WMS and tracking capabilities
Fleet & Field Enablement
Ensure rapid and dependable fulfillment supporting fleet repair, maintenance, and calibration services
Enable Protech mobile technicians with timely access to critical tools and components
Coordinate expedited and same-day logistics to minimize technician downtime and service delays
Process Improvement & Scalability
Develop, implement, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics
Build scalable process to support multi-site growth and increasing operational complexity
Leverage KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing warehouse team
Establish clear expectations, roles, and accountability standards
Foster a culture centered on safety, performance, and continuous improvement
Align staffing and resources to meet fluctuating demand
Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
Lead safety training, audits, and continuous awareness initiatives
Promote a safety-first culture across all warehouse operations

Qualifications
5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center leadership experience
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
Experience with inventory management systems (WMS)
Demonstrated success partnering across multiple departments
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Technical equipment distribution
Fleet operations or service supply chain support
Experience scaling warehouse operations or implementing new systems
