The Talent Acquisition Program Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support, tracking, and reporting to various TA Programs. The TA Program Administrator will also provide additional support to the Talent Acquisition Team to support the TA process and to supplement other full life cycle recruitment activities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
-Prepare and distribute TA reports, documentation, and referral payment reporting.
-Provide administrative support for TA leaders, including onboarding/offboarding tasks and inventory management.
-Conduct regular audits of job titles, postings, job descriptions, and system tasks.
-Support TA technology systems, implementations and enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and training for TA team members (Workday, Honeit, CRM etc)
-Track and coordinate special projects related to recruiting, branding, and other TA initiatives.
-Maintain TA assets and materials within tools such as Bynder.
-Track payments and ensure accurate processing for TA-related spend
-Track Referral payments and provide weekly reporting to Payroll
-Partner with cross functional groups for TA related social media
-Interview Scheduling for high level roles
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
Minimum 2 years of Recruiting and/or Administrative experience
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both written and verbal
Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems.
Organizational skills to meet deadlines and keep records
