
Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator

CSCS TXThe Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receiving to shipping. This position is hands-on and involves operating warehouse equipment, performing inventory audits, and supporting production and fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse environments, is comfortable using material handling equipment, and understands the importance of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory into the warehouse management system (WMS).
Conduct regular inventory counts including daily, cycle, and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
Maintain proper stock levels and assist in sourcing tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, organize, and retrieve inventory.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including packing and staging goods for outbound shipments.
Assist with warehouse layout optimization and ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Monitor product quality and report any issues or non-conformities.
Collaborate with team members across departments including Purchasing, Training, and Field Operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Support production processes by assembling components, operating machinery, and meeting production targets.
Perform opening and end-of-shift cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks.
Complete special projects and tasks assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.

Qualifications
1-2 years previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
