Experienced engineer with good background leveraging Workday HCM technology in delivery of functional solutions. The position requires development and operational support in Workday. Helps drive business process improvement and reporting and will facilitate the creation of technical standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Supplier relationship and support including service levels, payments opportunities, sublet services and glass.
- Negotiates the best possible price with Suppliers for parts and services,
- Identify and pursue cost reductions within the assigned Supply base through use of dashboards and analytics.
- Monitor Supplier reports, analyze data, strategize, and engage supply base to improve costs and performance.
- Establishes account/credit and terms.
- Sources and negotiates Suppliers for newly opened Repair Centers, along with onboarding new Suppliers in internal management system.
- Assists in managing/negotiating referral agreements with Suppliers.
- Provides overall support and margin explanation to Repair Centers and Field Leadership
- Assist AP and Supply Chain to resolve invoicing issues that may lead to the disruption of future supply.
- Lead key meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems
- Manages spend of $120 million to $175 million.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations.
