The Senior Director, Brand & Marketing Strategy is a key enterprise leader responsible for how Caliber shows up in the marketplace. This role drives Caliber’s brand positioning, storytelling, and market-facing strategy, ensuring our voice is trusted, consistent, and differentiated across insurers, fleets, OEMs, consumers, and industry stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this leader oversees the Content & Creative Studio—including content strategy, design, video, production, and channel marketing—while building Caliber’s reputation and influence in the industry. With a lean, high-impact team, this role requires a leader who can balance vision with execution, prioritize for impact, and scale efforts through smart partnerships and resource management.
The SA Trainer will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring all SA training related activities for their assigned geographical region. The Trainers responsibilities include conducting in-person classroom training and/or virtual training sessions. ensuring training compliance. building and maintaining partnerships with trainees and acting as a liaison with field operations leaders. and ultimately contributing to the development and success of teammates who participate in the training program.
