The Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday Run & Operations is the operational backbone of the HRIS Center of Excellence, responsible for the day-to-day stability, integrity, and governance of the Workday platform. This role serves as the Tier 2 escalation point for HR Support (Tier 1), resolving complex system issues, executing data operations, and maintaining the controls and standards that keep Workday running reliably across all HR functions. Unlike project or enhancement-focused roles, this position is dedicated to the Run function — ensuring the platform performs consistently, data remains accurate and auditable, and HR stakeholders receive timely, expert support. Issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 2 are escalated to the Lead HRIS Analyst or Workday IT.

Success is defined by account retention, revenue growth within existing accounts, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction, supported by a structured, repeatable self-managed operating cadence.
