Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: 

  • Work with the Product Owner on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software products. 

  • Align product goals with overall business objectives, ensuring products deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders. 

  • Cross-Product Coordination: 

  • Ensure synergy and integration between the products, optimizing cross-product functionality and user experience. 

  • Identify opportunities to leverage shared technologies and processes 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, and marketing. 

  • Gather and synthesize input from customers, partners, and internal teams to guide product features, enhancements, and positioning. 

  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and timelines effectively to all stakeholders. 

  • Feature Development & Execution: 

  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications, including acceptance criteria 

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets customer needs. 

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met and managing any scope changes. 

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each product. 

  • Conduct regular reviews of product performance and user feedback, iterating quickly to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption. 

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the products remain competitive and valuable in the market. 

  • Market Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy: 

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches and ongoing revenue growth. 

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, product documentation, and training for internal and external audiences. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in software or SaaS products. 

  • Experience managing multiple, related products or product lines is a plus. 

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products. 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO, or similar. 

  • Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management. 

  • Competencies: 

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies. 

  • Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of user experience, customer journey, and product usability. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity. 

  • Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
