Essential Job Duties:

  • Bring on new retail business to the Protech organization through a structured consultative sales approach.
  • Provides assistance to new customers for account set up and training support required to maximize sales, profits, productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Develops and maintains productive, long-term client relationships through visitation, phone calls, letters, and corporate support materials
  • Serves as an advisor for existing clients, consulting in current products , industry updates and determine individual client needs
  • Work closely with customers to increase and/or maintain monthly volume targets as well as monitor service, delivery and performance
  • Work with operational counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting of commitments and eventual hand off of account management responsibilities
  • Acts as liaison between accounts, company staff, and Accounts Receivable department to build and maintain healthy financial relationships
  • Use customer feedback to recommend modifications to products and/or services

Skill/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years sales, account management or similar experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to attain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – finding creative ways to accomplish the company goals within set parameters.
  • A valid Driver’s license is required
  • Availability to travel up to 50%
