CSCS TXResponsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, with specific focus on Dynamics CRM and Field Services.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
- Ability to maintain, support and enhance existing dynamics applications.
- Lead the evaluation of new Dynamics products and services and provide written recommendations for future implementation.
- Produce documented architectures, workflows, and logical processes.
- Work with Development teams and follow Caliber’s standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Participate in Caliber IT team events (e.g., team meetings, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent preferred.
- 4+ years of general Dynamics development experience
- 4+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM
- 4+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics Field Services
- 4+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications
- Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)
- Experience with API/REST web services and data sources
- Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for creating great software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with an attention to detail
- The ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Deadline-driven operator with a strong desire to create value and restore the lives of teammates, customers, partners, etc.
